Assessment pricing, set out plainly
Every assessment is quoted as a fixed package so participants, families and support coordinators know the cost before we begin. All packages are charged at the current NDIS price limit for occupational therapy of $193.99 per hour.
How booking works
From price to appointment in four steps
1. Choose your assessment
Pick the package that matches what the participant needs. Every fee below is a fixed package at the NDIS occupational therapy rate.
2. Send the referral
Complete the online referral form with the details you have. We will arrange how to share relevant plans, reports and quotes after you submit.
3. Written confirmation
We confirm the fee, funding pathway and expected appointment window in writing before any work begins.
4. Assessment and report
We complete the assessment face-to-face or by Telehealth, then deliver the report within the agreed turnaround.

SIL / Support Care Needs / ILO Assessment
All-inclusive 25-hour package at $193.99 per hour, covering the full 24-hour support analysis, risk, informal supports and the completed report. Total package hours, not appointment-only time.

Low / Mid-Cost AT Assessment
Up to 10 hours at $193.99 per hour, covering assessment, trials and prescription of lower-risk equipment such as beds, hoists, walkers and daily living aids.

Minor Home Modification Assessment
Up to 5 hours at $193.99 per hour, covering assessment and report for simpler changes such as grab rails, small ramps and bathroom equipment.

Vehicle Accessibility Assessment
Charged at the current NDIS OT hourly rate of $193.99, based on the complexity of the modification and the reporting required — always quoted in writing before work begins.
Scoped individually
Good to know
- FCA is an all-inclusive 15-hour package, SIL or Support Care Needs is 25 hours, and SDA is 30 hours. These totals cover assessment and reporting, not just appointment time. We confirm the appropriate package and scope in writing before work begins.
- Travel to regional and rural locations is discussed at referral so there are no surprises on the invoice.
- Reports are delivered within the turnaround stated on each service page, counted from the final appointment and receipt of the information we need.
- Cancellations with less than two business days' notice may be charged in line with NDIS pricing arrangements.
