Minor Home Modification Assessment
Up to 5 hours at $193.99 per hour, covering assessment and report for simpler changes such as grab rails, small ramps and bathroom equipment.

Major / Complex Home Modification Assessment
Up to 25 hours at $193.99 per hour, covering detailed on-site assessment, design input, builder collaboration and the clinical report.
$4,849.75
- Charged at the current NDIS price limit for occupational therapy of $193.99 per hour.
- Additional site visits with builders or final inspections are quoted separately before work begins.
- Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, plus private paying clients, accepted.
