More than a total number of hours
A strong SIL report explains what assistance is needed, when it is needed and why. Assessment may cover personal care, domestic activities, cognition, behaviour, mobility, medication, community access, supervision and overnight safety.

Participant-centred recommendations
Recommendations should not be shaped around a provider's preferred roster. We consider the participant's routines, preferences, goals, environment and support network, then describe a proportionate staffing model supported by functional evidence.

SIL / Support Care Needs / ILO Assessment
All-inclusive 25-hour package at $193.99 per hour, covering the full 24-hour support analysis, risk, informal supports and the completed report. Total package hours, not appointment-only time.

SDA / Housing Needs Assessment
All-inclusive 30-hour package at $193.99 per hour, covering functional housing needs, design requirements and the completed SDA report. Total package hours, not appointment-only time.
$5,819.70
- Charged at the current NDIS price limit for occupational therapy of $193.99 per hour.
- All packages are quoted and confirmed in writing before assessment begins.
- Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, plus private paying clients, accepted.
How to book
Send the referral form, we confirm the fee and funding in writing, then we schedule the assessment. Most referrals are confirmed within two business days.
