    Step 1

    How we work with coordinators

Coordinators tell us the same thing repeatedly: the hard part is not finding an occupational therapist, it is knowing when the report will land and what it will contain. We try to remove that uncertainty.

You receive written confirmation of fit, the expected hours and the first available appointment, then an update if anything changes.

    • A named clinician for the whole assessment
    • Confirmation of scope and hours before work begins
    • Direct phone and email contact during the assessment
    • Notice if timelines shift, before the due date passes

    Step 2

    What our reports include

Reports are written for the decision being made, whether that is a plan reassessment, a Home and Living request, an assistive technology application or a home modification. Findings are linked to functional impact, risk and clinical justification rather than general statements.

    • Standardised assessment results and observation
    • Functional impact across self-care, mobility and community
    • Stakeholder input gathered with consent
    • Costed, specific recommendations and clinical reasoning

    Step 3

What we need to start a referral

The online form covers most of it. Where documents already exist, sending them early usually shortens the assessment.

    • Participant consent and contact details
    • Current NDIS plan or plan dates and management type
    • The decision the report needs to support
    • Recent allied health, medical or equipment reports

    Step 4

Where we can see your participants

In-person appointments run across the Gold Coast, Logan, Brisbane, Scenic Rim and Northern Rivers, with regular travel to Adelaide, the Riverland and Mackay. Telehealth is available anywhere in Australia and is often the fastest option for participants in rural and regional areas facing long waits.
