    What to expect

    Assessment shaped around the person

    The person, task and environment

Assistive technology works when it fits the person's body, abilities, goals, routines and surroundings. Assessment considers access at home and in the community, transport, transfers, support-worker requirements and how equipment will be used throughout the day.

    Trial before recommendation

Where appropriate, we coordinate trials with suppliers, compare options and document the clinical reasoning behind the final recommendation.

    • Functional and postural assessment
    • Equipment configuration and measurements
    • Risk and pressure-care considerations
    • Implementation and review
