    Telehealth is not one-size-fits-all

Some people believe a useful occupational therapy assessment cannot happen through a screen. In practice, interviews, document review, coaching, some functional observations and care-needs planning can work very well online.

Telehealth should not replace face-to-face care when an in-person assessment is clinically necessary. The strongest approach is often blended: use each method for the work it does best.
