What to expect
Assessment shaped around the person
Occupational therapy across Logan
Appointments happen where daily life happens — the kitchen, the bathroom, the front steps, the local shops — because that is where barriers show up clearly. Logan visits sit alongside Brisbane and Gold Coast travel, so appointments can usually be scheduled without a long wait.
- Springwood, Slacks Creek and Woodridge
- Beenleigh, Eagleby and Loganholme
- Browns Plains, Marsden and Crestmead
- Jimboomba, Park Ridge and surrounds
Services available locally
The full range of clinical work is available in Logan: Functional Capacity Assessments, SIL and support needs assessment, assistive technology prescription, minor and complex home modifications, paediatric therapy and ongoing occupational therapy.
Funding accepted
Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, My Aged Care and private paying clients are all welcome. Fees follow the NDIS price limit for occupational therapy and are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Visits and availability
Logan is within our South East Queensland mobile service area. Give us your suburb and preferred setting so we can discuss a practical visit, current availability and travel arrangements; a listing on this page is not an appointment guarantee.
What to tell us
If school or support staff are involved, discuss who can attend and what permissions are needed before booking. A brief description of the assessment question is enough for an initial enquiry; supporting clinical information belongs in the full referral pathway.
What can happen online
Telehealth can bring family and the support team into suitable interviews and reviews without everyone travelling to the same place. We decide separately which observations, trials or measurements need an in-person visit.
Choose the assessment question, not just the report name
An FCA covers everyday function; SIL/support needs looks more closely at assistance across home routines and overnight; SDA focuses on specialist accommodation needs. Equipment trials and home modifications may need a different assessment scope. A report provides evidence, not a guarantee of NDIS funding.
FCA $2,909.85 · 15 hoursSIL/support needs $4,849.75 · 25 hoursSDA $5,819.70 · 30 hours
These are total assessment-and-report package hours, not appointment-only time. We confirm scope, funding and any travel arrangements before starting. FCA reports are returned within 10 business days of the final appointment and receipt of the required information. We respond to enquiries and referrals within two business days; that is not a promise of an appointment within two days.
