A clear pathway from referral
After receiving a referral, we make contact, clarify the purpose and expected hours, and arrange the most appropriate delivery method. Referrers are kept informed without creating unnecessary administration.

Visits and availability
Mobile appointments are arranged around your location and current availability. For apartments, tell us about lift access, visitor parking and shared entrances; for hinterland properties, mention access from the road to the home. We confirm the visit and any travel arrangements before booking.
What to tell us
Tell us which everyday activities you want understood, who you would like involved and any plan reassessment deadline. You do not need to tidy your home for an assessment or demonstrate an activity that feels unsafe or uncomfortable.
What can happen online
Telehealth may suit interviews, document review and support-team discussions. Hands-on assessment, detailed measurements and equipment trials may need an in-person appointment—even when other parts happen online.
Choose the assessment question, not just the report name
An FCA covers everyday function; SIL/support needs looks more closely at assistance across home routines and overnight; SDA focuses on specialist accommodation needs. Equipment trials and home modifications may need a different assessment scope. A report provides evidence, not a guarantee of NDIS funding.

These are total assessment-and-report package hours, not appointment-only time. We confirm scope, funding and any travel arrangements before starting. FCA reports are returned within 10 business days of the final appointment and receipt of the required information. We respond to enquiries and referrals within two business days; that is not a promise of an appointment within two days.
